Account
How do I make an account?
To make an account click the little person icon at the top of the website and enter the requested details. Once complete you can see all your orders in one palce.
What are Rewards?
Rewards is a loyalty points program that lets you earn 1 point for every £1 you spend!
You can also earn extra points for liking our Facebook page, Instagram page and celebrating a birthday!
You can then spend your points on future orders to save. :)

Do you offer Wholesale?
Yes! you can contact us via email at sales@majesticoven.com or by sending us a message on Facebook to find out more.
Orders
I haven't received my order yet
Get in touch with us and let us know and we can try and look into it for you.
Usually, I would recommend giving two weeks after your dispatch notification before getting in touch, as that's the time frame Royal Mail give to consider an order lost. But we can still look into it for you and see what it says via the Royal Mail track & trace.
What do I do if there are items missing from my order?
As we are only human we may sometimes mess up! If this happens please get in touch with us with your order number and a photo of the the shipping box along with the products you did receive.
Do you accept Clearpay or Klarna?
Yes! we accept both Clearpay and ?Klarna - both of which are options at the payment stage of checkout.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email and/or text message update with your tracking details.
If you didn't receive your email/text or just need a little help, send us an email and we can help to track down your parcel.
Can I change my order?
Of course as long as we have not already dispatched it, so please get in touch as quickly as you can with any changes or amends to your order.

Are your products Cruelty Free?
Yes, the ingredients and materials we use in all our products are completely cruelty free.
Are your products Vegan?
Yes, the ingredients and materials we use in all our products are Vegan friendly.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes! - Any plastic we use is PET which can be disposed of in your household recycle bins.
Our candle tins are made from aluminium and can also be recycled or even cleaned out and reused for storage or plants!
What wax do you use in your candles and melts?
We use a 100% soy based wax that's made in the UK.
